Printseekers Order Fulfillment Guide: Manual Order Process

Welcome to Printseekers guides! This guide will walk you through the steps to manually fulfill orders using our fulfillment system. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and efficient order processing experience.

Step 1: Log into Your Printseekers Account

  1. Access the fulfillment system: Open your web browser and navigate to Printseekers fulfillment system.
  2. Enter Your Credentials: Log in using Facebook / Google or Input your e-mail address and password, then click "Log In."
  3. Check Your Profile: Ensure your billing and profile information are correctly entered and set up. 

Step 2: Go to “Create order” and Choose “Create order manually.”

  1. Navigate to the Menu: On the left-hand side of your dashboard, locate the menu.
  2. Select “Create Order”: Click on the “Create Orders” section to expand it.
  3. Choose “Create Order Manually.”: From the options, select “Create Order Manually” to start the manual order creation process.

Step 3: Enter Recipient Details

  1. Enter Recipient Information: If you are ordering a product for yourself, fill in your personal details. Otherwise, enter the recipient's information.

Step 4: Provide Your Customer's Shipping Address

  1. Input Shipping Details: Carefully enter the shipping address to which the product will be sent. Double-check for accuracy to avoid delivery issues.

Step 5: Enter the Product Details

  1. Specify Product Information: Input the necessary product details such as product type, category, size, quantity, and design. 
  2. Choose Shipping Method: Select the preferred shipping method based on the delivery speed and cost requirements.

Step 6: Confirm Your Order

  1. Review Order Information: Check all entered information to ensure it is correct. This includes recipient details, shipping address, product specifications, and shipping method.
  2. Confirm the Order: Once all information is verified, confirm your order to proceed to the payment step.

Step 7: Payment

  1. Select Payment Method:some text
    • If you have not added your card, you will need to enter your payment information.
    • If you have already added your card, you can choose your card from the available options.
  2. Complete the Payment: Follow the prompts to enter your payment details and finalize the transaction.
  3. Order Confirmation: After the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation of your order.
