Definitions
Client (also “you”, “your”) – Printseekers’ client who engages in a business relationship with Printseekers by ordering products and/or services from Printseekers.
Customer - The end client of the Client that orders products from the Client.
Personal manager - A dedicated manager assigned by Printseekers to oversee and manage the accounts of our Clients.
Printseekers (also “we”, “us”) - Refers to SIA “Printseekers”, the provider of services, supplier of products, and the operator of the Site.
Order - A request placed by a Client for products and/or services from Printseekers.
Services - The products, services, solutions, and assistance offered by Printseekers to its clients.
Terms - These terms and conditions that constitutes a binding agreement and govern the relationship between Printseekers and its Clients.
Intellectual property - Creative works and ideas resulting from intellectual or creative efforts, including but not limited to copyrights, inventions, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and proprietary information.
Agreeing to terms and conditions
By accepting these Terms, ordering products, or accessing and using the Printseekers site (“Site”), you are entering into a binding agreement between you and Printseekers. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the Site or any other services offered on the Site.
In addition to these Terms, you shall also be bound by other provisions, which are an integral part of these Terms, such as the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and other provisions binding to you, which we publish on the Site.
Legal age
To use Printseekers services, you must meet a certain legal age requirement, which is at least 18 years old. You are solely responsible for your account and the use of our services. If you breach these Terms or engage in any wrongful or illegal activity, Printseekers may modify, cancel, or decline the services at any time.
Representative
If the client is a legal entity, its representative who accepts these Terms or places the order certifies that the representative has the authority to accept the Terms on behalf of the client and to undertake all obligations of these Terms.
Registration
To receive our services and order products, you shall create an account on the Site by providing complete and accurate information about you and adding a payment method.
Usage Rights
Printseekers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Printseekers’ services and software for product ordering and print-on-demand services according to these Terms and functionality provided by Printseekers.
Neither the client nor any other person shall modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or use otherwise the Printseekers’ software, services, the Site, integrations, source code, and any other service or material offered or provided by Printseekers.
Fulfillment and delivery
Production times
Printseekers agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to produce all orders within 5 business days of receiving an order from the Client. However, Printseekers does not guarantee any specific delivery dates, as shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and other factors beyond its control. Please note that if the order includes custom requests, it may impact the production time.
White label shipping
Printseekers agrees to offer white label shipping services to Clients, whereby Printseekers will fulfill orders on behalf of the Client and ship products directly to Customers under the Client’s brand name. The Client acknowledges that Printseekers have legal rights to use the brand name for order fulfillment purposes. By accepting these Terms, the Client confirms that they own the brand name and have the legal authority to grant Printseekers the right to use and display the brand name for order fulfillment.
Printseekers will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all products are shipped according to the Client’s specifications and in a timely and efficient manner. However, the Client is responsible for providing Printseekers with accurate and up-to-date shipping information, including the correct shipping addresses and delivery instructions, as well as the consignee’s contact information. Please note that Printseekers will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party carriers or other factors beyond Printseekers’ control.
In consideration of the white label shipping services provided by Printseekers, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold Printseekers harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of the Client's use of the white label shipping services, including any issues related to the use of the brand name and other Intellectual Property rights for order fulfillment.
Description of products
Printseekers strives to provide accurate product descriptions and images on the Site. However, Printseekers cannot guarantee that the colors or details of the products will be precise as they appear on the Site. Therefore, Printseekers does not accept returns or offer refunds for variations in color or other minor discrepancies between the received product and the product displayed on the website.
Poster and canvas sizing disclaimer
Please be advised that the dimensions listed in inches for our posters and canvas prints are approximate and may differ slightly due to the conversion from inches to centimeters. Printseekers strive to provide accurate measurements, but please allow for a margin of error in sizing.
Custom sizing requests
Printseekers offers a variety of sizes for products on the Site, understanding that some Clients may require a specific size that is unavailable. For custom sizes, please contact your Personal manager to discuss available options. While Printseekers strives to be flexible and meet Clients' needs, custom sizes may entail additional fees and longer production times.
Order volume changes
If you plan to run promotions for a specific size or variant of products and anticipate a significant increase in sales volume, Printseekers kindly request that you inform your Personal manager at least a week in advance. This advanced notice allows us to make necessary preparations to ensure smooth production processes and avoid any potential delays in fulfilling your orders. Your cooperation in providing timely information will greatly assist us in maintaining consistent production times and ensuring a seamless experience for you and your customers.
Order cancellation
Our order and cancellation policy depends on one of the 3 stages depending on your order status and time.
Free cancellation - if you sent an order to production by accident, you will have limited time within which you can cancel your order with no charge.
Product paid cancellation - if the free cancellation period has already expired, you will be fully charged for the production of the order item/s.
Fully paid cancellation - if you notice that your order status has been changed to “Shipped” and wish to cancel it, any cancellations made at this point will result in charges for both the production and shipping costs of the order in full.
Shipping
Printseekers provides shipping services worldwide. All shipping cost changes are updated on our Site, and our Clients are responsible for regularly checking these changes. Printseekers will endeavor to notify our Clients of upcoming changes, but it is ultimately their responsibility to stay informed.
The average shipping time for orders within the EU is 3-5 working days and 4-6 working days outside the EU (starting when the product is ready for shipping). However, for unusual and remote destinations, such as islands, shipping times may be longer and incur additional costs.
On our system, three delivery options are available: express, standard and economy. In cases where economy shipping is chosen, please consider that this shipping option may involve longer shipping times, especially around the end of the year during the holiday season.
While Printseekers make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, Printseekers cannot take responsibility for any delays or liabilities caused by the actions of the courier or third parties involved in the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect the delivery timeline.
It's essential to keep in mind that Printseekers do not ship to PO boxes. If a PO box is provided as the shipping address, the order will not be shipped. In such cases, while the shipping price may be refunded, the product price would not be eligible for a refund.
The selection of courier options is determined by various factors, including the product type, size, and shipping destination. Printseekers always strive to choose the best courier option for each situation to ensure timely and secure delivery.
For multiple orders, Printseekers aims to combine orders in one package whenever possible to reduce shipping costs. For specific pricing information regarding multiple orders, please check our website.
To ensure the efficient delivery of orders, Printseekers requires customers to provide at least one valid contact information, such as a phone number and/or email address, prior to shipping. It is necessary to facilitate communication between our shipping Clients and the customer in case of unforeseen issues during the delivery. If none of the specified contact information is provided, Printseekers does not assume responsibility for cases involving returned orders.
Printseekers highly recommend providing both the phone number and email, as some couriers may only be able to deliver the product if they contact the Customer. It helps to minimize the risk of returned orders and ensures a smooth delivery process.
Change of order information
It is essential to thoroughly review all design elements, dimensions, text, graphics, and any other information provided before finalizing the order to ensure accuracy, as it may not be possible to change these details after placing an order.
Address changes should be requested within 36 hours of placing an order. During this time, it's highly likely that Printseekers can accommodate the address change, although it cannot be guaranteed with absolute certainty. After the initial 36-hour period, the possibility of changing the address becomes less certain.
If you need to change the shipping address for an already shipped product, please be aware that an additional fee will be applicable. It is important to note that this fee is not imposed by Printseekers but is a direct charge incurred by couriers. Printseekers do not profit from this charge. Furthermore, while Printseekers strive to assist with address changes, even after the fee has been paid, it is not guaranteed that the courier will be able to accommodate the request due to their own operational limitations.
Address corrections are not possible once the package has been picked up, as per courier policies. Any address changes may affect the original delivery time frame.
Order prioritization
To prioritize the most urgent cases, Printseekers has established a specific order of priority. Orders fall into prioritized categories, including reshipments, damaged orders, misprints, and those surpassing the expected fulfillment time. While acknowledging the importance of all orders, prioritization cannot be guaranteed for orders within the expected fulfillment period. For special circumstances requiring expedited handling, please contact your personal manager, and Printseekers will strive to accommodate your request.
Product and service quality
Copyrights & Intellectual Property
The Client grants Printseekers worldwide, royalty-free, and sub-licensable permission to use their materials exclusively for fulfilling orders and providing print-on-demand services. Printseekers may not use the Client's materials for any other purpose without prior written consent. Printseekers will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality and security of the Client's materials, refraining from disclosing, reproducing, or distributing them to any third party without prior written consent. Ownership and proprietary interest in the Client's materials remain with the Client, and no transfer of such rights occurs by accepting these Terms.
The Client represents and warrants that all content and artwork provided to Printseekers are original or have obtained necessary permissions and licenses, ensuring no infringement of Intellectual Property rights. The Client indemnifies Printseekers against liability, damages, or losses resulting from any breach or infringement of Intellectual Property rights. Printseekers reserves the right to refuse the use of any content or artwork that may reasonably infringe third-party rights.
All Intellectual Property rights regarding the software, the Site, platform, and other products and services offered by Printseekers belong to Printseekers or other persons who have given permission to act on their behalf.
If you share any ideas with Printseekers, you grant Printseekers a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-revocable, sub-licensable license to use these ideas for any purpose and without compensation.
Obscene Material
The Client acknowledges and agrees that they will not submit any content to Printseekers that contains or depicts pornographic material, child abuse, torture, terrorism, or other crimes, or incorporates hate content, or that is otherwise in violation of applicable laws or ethical norms. The Client further agrees that they will not use Printseekers services to produce or distribute such content. Printseekers may refuse fulfillment of any orders that include prohibited content, and the Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Printseekers harmless from any liability, damage, or loss arising from any breach of these Terms or applicable laws. The Client acknowledges that the production and distribution of such content is or may be prohibited by local, state, and federal law, and they are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Damaged products
If your Customer receives a damaged product, you must contact Printseekers within 10 days after the order has been received to provide a free replacement or a refund. This timeframe aligns with the courier policies requiring the submission of damaged product information within a specific period after delivery to compensate for damages, allowing Printseekers also to compensate the Client.
To efficiently handle damaged orders, specific photos are kindly requested as evidence, including images of the visible product, the damages, the shipping box, and a close-up of the shipping label. These photos fulfill the minimum proof requirements mandated by couriers and are essential to qualify for Printseekers free resend or refund option. It is highly recommended to incorporate this information into your shop to keep your customers well-informed about our damaged order policy and the required photo documentation.
In certain instances, the Customer’s phone number may be required to facilitate processing a refund or replacement.
Please be aware that Printseekers accepts resending and refunding orders, and once accepted, these requests are processed. If the Client independently adds a resend option on the Printseekers’ account, the Client will be responsible for the associated charges.
Defective products
If a defective product reaches your customer, please request photos clearly showing the defect, and Printseekers will provide a free replacement or refund. Printseekers must be contacted regarding the defective product within 10 days after the order is received.
In cases where the defect does not affect the product's appearance or functionality or can be easily fixed, Printseekers do not offer a full refund or free replacement but provide a partial refund subject to change on a case by case basis.
Orders with an incorrect product
If the customer receives an incorrect product, Printseekers will arrange for the correct item to be resent without any additional charges. The customer is not required to return the mistakenly received product and may retain it. A photo proof of the incorrect product is necessary, and Printseekers must be contacted within 10 days after the order is received to process a refund or replacement.
Lost In Transit
If the Product is lost (with no updates for more than 20 days from the courier), Printseekers will dispatch a free replacement or offer a refund. Please note that this policy does not apply to economy shipping; for economy shipping orders, the order can be identified as lost after 30 days of no updates. To initiate the process for a resend of a lost Product, the Client shall notify Printseekers of the issue within a maximum of 2 months from the date the original order was shipped out. Printseekers encourages customers to promptly report any such claims within this stipulated timeframe to expedite a resolution.
Products marked as delivered but are missing
If there is a discrepancy where proof of delivery and the tracking code indicates successful delivery, but the Customer claims non-receipt, Printseekers advises the Customer to initially contact their local courier facility for detailed delivery information. Printseekers will also make every effort to assist with the situation. If the package remains untraceable, Printseekers kindly requests the Customer to file a police report. Upon receipt of the police statement, the Client can contact the local courier company and Printseekers, and the refund or resend process for the missing order will be initiated. Printseekers must be contacted about the missing parcel within 1 month after the delivery date.
Undelivered products
Printseekers may ensure successful delivery by requiring Customers to provide accurate and complete contact and shipping information. If the Customer has provided correct and functional contact details (both email and phone number), but the package could not be delivered for reasons beyond their control, Printseekers will promptly resend the order to the Customer at no additional cost. However, if the courier was unable to contact the Customer more than two times or the order has been held at the courier facility for several days and is being returned, Printseekers does not offer free shipping for a resend order. The Client will need to cover the shipping for the second delivery, along with any additional costs, such as return shipping fees and customs duties charged when shipping the product back. If the order is damaged during the return delivery, Printseekers will reprint the product at no extra cost. The responsibility to track the order's shipping progress and provide necessary details to the courier lies with the Customer or Client.
Return Policy
If the Customer or Client wishes to return the product due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design or for other purposes (without Printseekers fault), Printseekers does not offer returns or refunds and does not accept the Products.
Additionally, we inform you that, according to EU laws and regulations, we do not provide withdrawal rights (a) to Clients that are not consumers and (b) in cases where the product is made according to the consumer’s specifications or is clearly personalized, or the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Low design quality
Clients must submit high-quality designs with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and in the correct size and aspect ratio. While Printseekers makes reasonable efforts to alert Clients about any low-quality or design issues, when Customers request a refund or resend due to design problems like defects or low quality, Printseekers does not provide free resends or refunds. Printseekers holds no liability for any losses Clients and Customers may experience due to design file issues manifested in the final product.
Responsibility for product usage
The Customer (or other recipient) shall use products strictly in accordance with their intended purpose. Any usage outside their designated purposes may result in damages or potential hazards. In such cases, Printseekers shall not be held liable for any associated damages or issues.
Specifically, concerning apparel, Printseekers kindly request Clients and Customers adhere to the guidelines mentioned on the inner label. It includes refraining from using a dryer at any time and avoiding washing at temperatures higher than 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit). Failure to follow these usage instructions may compromise the quality and durability of the apparel, and Printseekers will not be responsible for any damages arising from such usage.
To ensure a satisfactory experience with our wallpaper products, Printseekers kindly request to carefully read and follow the provided instructions for proper usage and installation of our wallpaper products. Clients and Customers must follow these instructions, as any damage incurred due to failure to follow installation instructions cannot be attributed to our responsibility.
Furthermore, Printseekers emphasize the importance of thoroughly inspecting the entire mural design before initiating the wallpaper installation process. It is the Client’s and Customer's responsibility to verify the correct panel placement prior to installation. Printseekers does not offer free additional panels if the Customer commences installation using an incorrect panel.
Printseekers advise Clients and Customers to use our products in accordance with the instructions provided to mitigate any potential damages or installation errors.
Disposal of products
If Printseekers makes multiple attempts to contact the Client regarding an issue with a returned product and does not receive a response within 14 days, Printseekers will dispose of the product. Should the Client respond after 14 days, the product will need to be reprinted, and Printseekers will charge additional full product and shipping price for a resend order.
If the product needs to be disposed of, Printseekers do so in their own facility, using approved methods and procedures to minimize any potential impact on the environment. In cases where a courier company is used to dispose of an order, Printseekers ensure that the courier company also follows strict guidelines to ensure safe disposal.
It is important to note that when the courier is responsible for the disposal process, there may be additional incurred costs. In such situations, these supplementary charges will be added to our Client's invoice. Printseekers does not engage in the sale, donation, or any other usage of the artwork other than what was initially intended, even if it is meant to be destroyed. Our commitment to responsible and ethical practices remains unwavering throughout every aspect of our operations.
Invoicing, taxes, fees
Billing
To access Printseekers’ services, a valid payment method (such as a credit or debit card) is required. All fees will be charged via this payment method. You can save your billing information for future orders and agree that it will be stored and processed in line with Printseekers’ data protection policies. By accepting these Terms, you agree that Printseekers may initiate automatic payments on the due date (by using the payment method you have indicated on your Printseekers account).
Fees for products and services and delivery costs are displayed on your Printseekers account (when placing an order or paying for the service or products, as well as in the generated invoice). By placing the order or making a payment, you confirm your legal entitlement to use the chosen payment method. If unauthorized use occurs, you are personally liable for any resulting damages.
Printseekers reserves the right to refuse transactions or services at our discretion. You must select your preferred currency for payments and fill in the billing information in the settings before starting to place orders. Preferred billing currency can be changed later. You are responsible for all fees, payments, and applicable taxes related to our Site, products, and services. Invoices are generated every 24 hours and are accessible on your account. The safety standards of card details and billing information are guaranteed by Printseekers.
In the event of a refund, it will be included in the subsequent invoice or presented in a separate invoice. The refund amount will be transferred within 1-10 business days.
Payment Frequency
Initial cooperation is established exclusively on prepayment terms for all Clients. Larger businesses may negotiate subsequent orders and payment terms with the designated personal manager.
“Pay later” option
For the "Pay later" option, available to larger Clients upon agreement, invoices are generated after an agreed-upon number of days and must be paid within that time frame. Each Client with the “Pay later” option has an individual credit limit and a single transaction limit. If the credit limit for the ”Pay later” option is reached before the expected payment date, the invoice will be generated automatically, even before the scheduled payment date. Once this limit is reached, an invoice is automatically generated, preventing new orders until payment is made. If the available single transaction limit needs an increase, the Client may contact their Personal manager to agree upon a new limit. Printseekers decide the availability of the ”Pay later” option based on the Client criteria, with prepayment being the default payment option available.
Payment Terms
Unless Printseekers accepts longer payment terms, the Client shall pay all invoices within 7 days of receiving the invoice. The invoice is considered received when the respective invoice is available on your Printseekers account. Failure to pay the invoice within the stipulated period may result in a cessation of order fulfillment. If the invoice remains unpaid 14 days after being provided to the Client, Printseekers reserves the right to refer the unpaid case to a debt collection agency.
If an unpaid invoice persists for an extended period, despite Printseekers' attempts to contact the Client, Printseekers reserves the right to contact any third-party e-commerce provider or platform. This communication aims to inform the platform holder about potential financial debts and instances of financial fraud, which may lead to the closure of the Client's e-commerce store.
Personal Pricing Offer
Our current price lists are published on our Site. Larger businesses may request a personal pricing offer from their designated Personal manager, which may include special discount offers.
Customs
In cases where customs duties are applicable in the destination country, the end Customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with these taxes. Printseekers neither pays nor refunds any expenses regarding customs duties. The end Customer shall pay and comply with any customs duties imposed by the respective authorities.
In some cases, Printseekers may offer the option of paying the customs duties on behalf of the end Customer. The incurred sum will then be added to the Client's invoice. This arrangement allows for convenient handling of customs duties while ensuring a smooth transaction process for all parties involved. To explore this option further and discuss the details, Clients are encouraged to communicate with their designated Personal manager.
All Clients and Customers are responsible for their respective customs regulations and obligations. By understanding and fulfilling these requirements, Printseekers can collectively navigate customs procedures with efficiency and transparency.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
For products shipped to countries within the European Union (EU), a VAT rate will be applied to the product price as well as the shipping cost.
For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, the applied VAT amount is 0%.
If the Client is a registered EU VAT payer, the applied VAT amount is 0% if the Client provides all relevant and valid documentation or evidence of their VAT registration to Printseekers to avail of this exemption.
The Client shall provide its VAT number (if registered), even if the Client is registered outside the EU. If a VAT number is registered, the Client must add it to the billing information on the Printseekers’ account.
Lucid ID (The German Packaging Act)
Printseekers confirms that it has obtained an active LUCID ID number in accordance with the requirements of The German Packaging Act (VerpackG). The Client may request this LUCID ID number from their personal sales manager at Printseekers for the purpose of placing orders through the Printseekers system only. The Client agrees to use this LUCID ID number solely for ordering purposes and not to disclose it to any third party. Printseekers shall have no liability or responsibility for any breach of this clause by the Client.
Security
Security
The Client is accountable for ensuring the confidentiality of all usernames and passwords provided by Printseekers to grant the Client access to the Printseekers platform—any activities conducted using these usernames and passwords are the Client’s responsibility.
Printseekers and the Client shall implement and uphold suitable technical and organizational security measures to safeguard the data submitted between the Client and Printseekers. These measures aim to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access or use of the data and to protect it against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, damage, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure.
Legal matters
Liabilities and Liability Limitation
Printseekers will not be held responsible for any lost profits or revenues or any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, enhanced, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services and products provided or under these Terms. It includes damages that may have been foreseeable or advised against, regardless of the legal or equitable theory upon which the claim is based and any specific circumstances of the Client or Customer. The total liability of Printseekers will not exceed the amount paid by you for the respective product or service. Additionally, Printseekers shall not be liable for any damage or loss that arises or may arise to Customers and third parties (you release Printseekers from all claims regarding Printseekers’ products and services that Customers and third parties make).
The Client is responsible for all content, data, information, and materials (including their Intellectual Property rights) submitted to Printseekers. In case of breach of these Terms, any other binding agreement, or applicable law, the Client shall compensate all losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that Printseekers may incur.
The Client shall defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Printseekers (a) from any claim or demand made by any other party and (b) relating to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, any other binding agreement, or applicable law.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to fire, flood, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the affected party. In the event of any such delay or failure, the affected party shall notify the other party as soon as practicable, and the parties shall work together in good faith to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event and resume the performance of their obligations as soon as practicable.
National holidays
National holidays and peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other major events can increase order volumes, which may result in longer fulfillment times. While Printseekers strive to maintain our usual fulfillment times, these circumstances may result in slight delays. It is not a breach of our obligations to the Client but rather a natural consequence of the increased demand. Printseekers strive to fulfill orders as promptly as possible, and we will do our best to warn you about expected delays in such cases. In these circumstances, no penalties or other consequences can be applied as long as Printseekers have made a good-faith effort to communicate any potential delays.
Interactions with Third-Party Manufacturers
In certain instances, Printseekers collaborates with other manufacturers. These third-party manufacturers may be governed by their own terms of service and policies. Printseekers reserves the right to share Customers' addresses, contact information, and Clients' product designs when the product fulfillment is managed through a third-party manufacturer. Printseekers disclaims any responsibility for liabilities arising from or connected with interactions involving third-party manufacturers.
Suspension and Termination
If you breach these Terms, any other binding agreement, or any applicable law, Printseekers may suspend and/or terminate the services, your Printseekers account, and/or the agreement at any time. Printseekers will delete your Printseekers account and related information from the account after the termination of this agreement. Printseekers may cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account. Printseekers may terminate this agreement without cause by notifying you at least 30 days in advance.
Changes
Printseekers may, at its discretion, suspend, change, modify, or discontinue the services, products, prices, fees, charges, these Terms, and any other applicable agreement between the Client and Printseekers. If such changes affect the rights of the Client, Printseekers will notify the Client in advance.
Governing law and Disputes
As a Latvian company, all transactions and agreements between Printseekers and you are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. In case of any disputes, they will be resolved in accordance with Latvian laws, and the courts of Latvia will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any disputes. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our products and services shall be brought solely in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
In the event of non-payment or late payment of invoices, Printseekers reserves the right to pursue debt collection proceedings. It may include taking legal action and engaging a debt collection agency. Any costs associated with debt collection will be added to the outstanding debt and will be the responsibility of the Client.
